Choose your Trax

In June 2020 we launched Trax Essentials as an immediate response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the imminent Data Protection challenges posed by the Contact Tracing requirements being placed upon hospitality venues and businesses.

The many, varied and educational conversations we’ve had with our customers since have led us to the October 2020 launch of our first-version ‘Plus’ product, aimed at the Health and Safety record keeping market – a more flexible and powerful implementation of the features which have made Essentials so popular.

Types of Subscription

In order to provide the best possible experience to both our customers and their customers, we offer different levels of subscription to Trax.

Trax Essentials – the basic Track & Trace package – is available at the lowest price possible with a one week, no obligation, free trial – and if your organisation is a registered charity operating in the Channel Islands, we’ll waive the fees completely.

Trax Plus, our enhanced Health & Safety focused product is aimed at providing a flexible Visitor Log which can be both viewed and searched by management, enabling the replacement of out-dated paper records with a secure, modern alternative.

Essentials

Essentials is designed to meet the requirements of governmental Contact Tracing (Track & Trace) schemes, by collecting your customer’s contact information after they scan your unique venue QR code – or enter the 4 digit unique reference into Trax.

Online tools also allow you to manually check-in your guests if necessary.

Access to the data collected is by request only, as required by the authorities and data cannot be used for any other purpose. All data is retained for a period of 21 days (or as required by the specific local authority).

Get Essentials

Plus

Plus provides you with the ability to capture your customer’s data in a more flexible fashion using a Visitor Log which you can view and search.

All the same features as Essentials are also available and you can optionally set data to be copied to a Contact Tracing log as well.

We are dedicated to developing Plus into a premier Health & Safety records keeping product over the coming weeks and months.

Events (Coming Soon)

We are currently working on the specifics for ‘Trax Events’ – a version of Trax available on the basis of a single event happening on a particular day or a series of days.

Local guidance here in Jersey makes physical events difficult to organise at present, but we will be revisiting the requirements in the near future to propose a Contact Tracing solution.
