We are very excited to release the latest set of improvements to Trax which include some features we have been working on for some time. This update also launches our ‘plus’ account, which offers extended features such as the ability to create a Visitor Log which you can use to track – and view – visitors to your premises (such as a work site or office), as well as keeping a separate copy of data for COVID Contact Tracing.
- Plus Account & Visitor Log functionality – a log of visitors which you can browse and search as necessary
- 7 day rolling summary chart showing check-ins by venue
- Ability to (permanently) archive one of your venues if no longer required
- Customers can now check-out from the email receipt (and on screen confirmation page) when they are leaving
- Your Dashboard has been updated to be a bit tidier and so that we can add more information in the future
- Our email messages have been giving a bit of TLC so they look neater and it’s clearer what you can do from each message
